Copies of your permanent records are sent to us to be microfilmed and submitted to the Georgia archives for storage.
We reproduce copies of your documents onto permanent recording ledger, bind them, and return to you.
In this process, we prepare your plats to go on hangers which fit into one of our plat cabinets. The plats are laminated in a sturdy film that protects against normal use much better than typical envelopes.

If desired, we can also microfilm the papers for storage in the Georgia archives.
